1. Client Obligations

  • You must verify your domain ownership by adding the required DNS records (DKIM, SPF, DMARC) before sending emails.
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid and accurate DNS records throughout your subscription period.
  • You must not use the service to send spam, unsolicited emails, phishing content, or any illegal material.
  • You must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and local regulations.
  • You must include a visible unsubscribe link in every email you send.
  • You are responsible for keeping your SMTP credentials secure and confidential.

2. Account Health & Monitoring

  • Your sending reputation is monitored through bounce rates and complaint rates.
  • Bounce rate must remain below 2% to maintain a healthy status.
  • Complaint rate must remain below 0.05% to maintain a healthy status.
  • Exceeding these thresholds may result in your account being placed under review or suspended.

3. Administration Rights

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
  • We may temporarily suspend sending privileges if your bounce or complaint rates exceed safe thresholds.
  • We may review and monitor your email sending patterns to ensure compliance.
  • In case of severe abuse (spam, phishing, illegal content), your account will be terminated immediately without refund.
  • We may modify these terms at any time with notice provided to active clients.

4. Fair Usage Policy

  • Your monthly sending quota is based on your subscription plan.
  • Exceeding your monthly quota will result in automatic suspension until quota reset or plan upgrade.
  • Quota resets occur on your designated monthly reset day.
  • We may adjust quotas for all clients to maintain overall system performance.

5. Limitation of Liability

At smart2group, we strive to maintain service quality and uptime, however we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

We shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from:

  • Temporary or permanent service interruptions
  • Email deliverability issues to recipient inboxes
  • Actions or decisions by third parties (such as ISPs or recipient email providers)

Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period. We are not liable for any indirect damages or business losses.
